Because the oil cylinder is a single stroke, the full stroke load of the oil cylinder should adopt the 80% rule, which can extend the service life of the oil cylinder. The application of 80% is 80% of the full stroke of the oil cylinder. The first is that the oil cylinder has a distance between the retainer ring and the support surface, which reduces the lateral stress surface and makes the oil cylinder more stable; The second is to avoid damaging the retainer ring. Because of the piston rod extending out of the full stroke, the support surface hits the retainer ring (the hydraulic cylinder stroke of the traction system platform lifting is 250 mm, and the secondary lifting cylinder stroke is 150 mm). It is the simplest way to set aside a certain safety factor to compensate for the eccentric characteristics of single-point jacking. 3. When using hoses for hydraulic oil pipes, pay attention to the following items to avoid problems: (1) Do not kink or excessively bend the hose, which will damage the metal braid of the hose, and the minimum bending radius is not less than 12 cm; (2) The joint part of the whole oil pipe is the most fragile. When tightening, the force should be uniform. Do not use too much force to prevent fracture; (3) The oil pipe shall be properly arranged to prevent heavy pressure or injury; (4) The hose can not be used as a rope to drag the pump. It is forbidden to pull the hose to move the pump. When the hose is kinked or excessively bent, it should not be pressed; (5) In case of local expansion of the hose, it indicates that the service pressure is exceeded, and the hose should be replaced in time in case of damage. 4. Manual pump (1) When using the manual pump, the unloading valve can only be closed by hand. When using the tool, the unloading valve will be damaged and the pump will fail; (2) In some cases, the handle will bounce back, so you should keep your body outside the force range of the handle. |
