Preparation is the best beam care technology at present. The effect of preparation is the same as that of waxing, and multilayer film can be superimposed to increase the hardness and durability of the girder. Under normal circumstances, one layer of film can be maintained for one month.

2. Mutual interference between various technological processes

When planning the workshop facilities, it is necessary to ensure that there is no interference between the various processes during the painting and baking process. However, many maintenance enterprises now have some problems in this regard, such as the cooling water volume of the water tank, the oil volume of the crankcase, and the oil storage volume of the combustion box, which should be added when insufficient in cold weather. In order to have a warm working environment, many repair personnel will move the girder grinding work to the automobile girder calibrator, but the enterprise does not implement strict management.
